Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your artwork! This policy explains how we handle damaged items, returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Damaged Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage when you contact us.

  • Due to the unique nature of the artwork, we do not offer refunds or replacements. If possible, the artist will attempt to repair the damaged artwork.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns on any artwork. All sales are final.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered for damaged or returned artwork. The artist will attempt to repair any damaged pieces, but no replacements or refunds will be provided.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are done on a case by case basis

Free Shipping

  • Shipping is free for all U.S. orders.

  • International shipping may incur additional costs (duties, taxes, or customs) and these are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • The artist is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the product is handed over to the carrier, whether domestic or international..

Exchanges

  • Standard exchanges are not offered.

  • If the artwork arrives damaged, due to the unique nature of each original art piece, no replacements or exchanges will be provided. Instead, the artist may be able to repair the damaged artwork, provided that the original art is returned.
